See who’s really working.
Timecard tracks your remote team’s time automatically and shows you, live, who is working, idle, AFK or on a break, with screenshots and activity behind every hour.
- Windows and Mac app
- Cairo time built in
- Nothing recorded off the clock
Made for support and call-center teams in Egypt and the region.
Cairo time, done right
Summer and winter time switch without you noticing.
Your week, your shifts
Sunday to Thursday or any week you run, per person.
Rules you decide
AFK, breaks and lateness follow your policy, stated plainly.
See it in under a minute.
The agent’s app and your dashboard, from sign-in to the end of a shift. Or open the sample company and click around yourself.
One screen to know your team is actually working.
Agents start a small desktop app. Everything else, from status to screenshots to lateness, fills in by itself.
Watch the whole team, live.
Everyone’s status updates by itself: working, idle, AFK or on a break. Screenshots on the schedule you set, activity levels and the apps in use back up every hour.
- Live status for every agent
- Screenshots, fixed or random interval
- Activity % and app usage

Shifts that enforce themselves.
Set each person’s shift once. Timecard marks who’s late, who didn’t show and whose break ran out, with the grace rules stated beside them. Time off and company holidays count as leave, not absence.
- Late and no-show, marked on their own
- Break allowance with a 15-second grace
- Vacation, sick days and holidays

The day timeline shows exactly when each person worked, idled or stepped away. Attendance, the AFK log, analytics and CSV export are one click away, and every total opens up to the sessions behind it.

Hard to fool. Safe by design.
Timecard spots mouse jigglers, autoclickers and frozen screens and flags them for a person to review. The desktop app refuses to run if it has been tampered with, and admins only see what you let them.

AFK rules you decide
Choose when time away from the keyboard stops counting against someone.
AFK stops counting when their shift ends.
Counts up to a limit you set, say 60 minutes.
Counts until they return to the computer.
Time off and holidays
A day off shows as leave, never as a no-show.
Corrections with a trail
Agents ask, admins approve. Every change is kept.

Monitoring works when everyone knows the rules. Timecard is built so your agents can trust it too.
- Only while the timer runsNothing is recorded when someone isn’t tracking time.
- Always visibleThe app shows when tracking is on. There is no hidden mode.
- No keyloggingTimecard counts key presses. It never records which keys or what was typed.
- Agreed up frontEach person reads exactly what’s recorded and agrees before their first session.
- Watched watchersEvery screenshot an admin opens is logged.
- Your data stays yoursTimecard support can only look at your account after the owner agrees, for as long as the owner picks. Screenshots stay hidden even then.

Questions, answered.
Something else? Ask us.
Does Timecard record what people type?
No. It counts key presses, clicks, mouse moves and scrolls to measure activity. It never records which keys were pressed or any text.
When does tracking happen?
Only while an agent’s timer is running. Stop the timer or close the app, and nothing is recorded.
Which computers does it run on?
The desktop app runs on Windows and Mac. Admins and managers use Timecard in any browser.
What counts as idle and AFK?
Idle means no keyboard or mouse for a few minutes. AFK means away long enough to stop counting. You choose when AFK time ends: at shift end, after a cap, or when the person is back.
Can people fake activity?
Timecard looks for the usual tricks, such as mouse jigglers, autoclickers and a screen that never changes, and flags them for you to review. Nobody is penalised automatically.
Can I correct someone’s time?
Yes. Admins can add, remove or backfill time, and agents can ask for a correction that you approve. Every change stays on record.
Does it handle Egypt’s time changes?
Yes. Days, shifts and lateness run on Cairo time and follow the summer and winter switch automatically. Each viewer can still pick their own display time zone.
